Rendezvous and Fossil Butte

Todd and the kids went to Fort Bridger and to Fossil Butte today and Bear Lake today. Tyson was sick when he got up so I stayed home with him. We initially wanted to dig fossils but were a little sticker shocked when we found out how much it would cost. We do plan on doing sometime though. We will just have to save up the money!

California Here They Come!

Jessi, Kyle, Adam and Kaylee left for Las Vegas then California today. More from Jessi later.

Family Home Evening at First Dam

We enjoyed a relaxed FHE at First Dam with Tex, Carrie, Tyler, Corrine, Landon, Kaulin, Violet and Mickey. Jessi was able to come for a while also.

Tony Grove

Todd and the kids went canoeing at Tony Grove. It was fun but there were a lot of people there. I stayed home to catch up on things and to can beans! My choice though, I needed a catch up day.

Fondue Fountain

We bought a fondue fountain at the Skinner Family Reunion. We used it for the first time today. First we had cheese fondue then we had chocolate. Yumm!

Massive rain storm

We had a major rain storm today! It was so needed as we have been on water rationing. We have not been able to water anything outside but our garden and that we could only water once a week. We have been saving dish water etc. to water our plants. So back to the rain storm. It just poured! Everyone enjoyed it except for Shonee. Unfortunately she had strep throat and was asleep.

First Day of School!

Today is the first day of school. Shonee move up to middle school this year and so she left with Tyson and Justin. She did great her first day of 6th grade at Willow Valley. Justin is in South Cache Junior High in the 9th grade. Tyson is a Junior at Mountain Crest High School.

Brecken left an hour later to go to Mountainside Elementary school. He is in the third grade.

Surprise!

We had a surprise party at Tex's house for Eric. We had a lot of Eric's old friends come over for a barbeque.
