Corn Corn and More Corn!

I guess canning season is here! Last week we canned and froze 93 quarts of corn, 36 bottles of peaches and 7 batches of jam (all off our tree!) 8 quarts of tomatoes and about a dozen bottles of blackberry jam. This is just the beginning. I am tired just thinking of it!
